Howard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with more than 35 years of industry experience. Formerly a Director at Pepsi-Cola International ME&A , Howard brings a wealth of capital markets experience, having held several Chief Financial Officer positions, including at Diageo where Howard worked with Burger King EMEA, in these roles Howard played a key role in developing and implementing the business growth strategies with his fellow directors. More recently, Howard has held a number of Non-Executive Director roles and is also a Director at Basil Capital Limited, a consultancy firm specialising in advising and networking among investment companies.
